More Good News!
The feedback forms on the Disney DVD site are working! Someone else got another e-mail back from Disney today - here's what they said:

Not to be negative or anything, because I agree with your cause, but this sounds like a generic response e-mail that is sent out to everyone who sends an e-mail to that department. If you look at the other response, they are identical. I hope that the department the e-mails were sent to actually reads them and doesn't send them directly to a spam folder or something. Like I said, I'm not trying to be negative. I'm just saying that maybe we should look for another avenue of communication.
Do you seriously have nothing better to do than worry about the appearance of a DVD cover? Come on people, there's so many other, more worthwhile things, you could be focusing on.
